BOOKINGS:
Bookings can be made via website, telephone, or email. A booking is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received and cleared. A confirmation email will then be issued, outlining all relevant details of your booking. Enquiries for which a booking fee has not been paid are not confirmed, and availability cannot be guaranteed. All wedding day services must be confirmed and finalised within 7 days of the trial appointment. Any changes to the booking must be submitted in writing as soon as possible and are subject to availability. If booking numbers are to be confirmed (TBC), the minimum number of services as advised by your stylist must be secured at the time of booking. Additional services may be added later, subject to availability and scheduling. For larger bookings, an additional stylist or assistant may be required and will be arranged accordingly. For bookings made within 6 weeks of the event date, full payment is required within 24 hours of confirmation to secure the booking. A £150 surcharge applies to bookings on bank holidays. Non-bridal hair and makeup services are charged at the same rate as the bridal service for the initial person. Travel is charged at £0.50 per mile. Additional costs such as congestion charges and parking may apply where relevant. Failure to make payments within the stated timeframes may result in cancellation of the booking, with all payments made being non-refundable. By securing the booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, which are in place to protect the time, resources, and availability of the artist.

BOOKING FEE:
A booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. This fee reserves the date exclusively in the artist’s diary, and no booking is confirmed until the payment has been received and cleared. The booking fee is non-refundable, except in the following circumstance: If the booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to the wedding date, or within 48 hours of the trial (whichever comes first), the booking fee is partially refundable, minus a £100 administration fee. After this period, the booking fee becomes strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Enquiries for which a booking fee has not been paid are not confirmed, and availability cannot be guaranteed. The remaining balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. Failure to make payment in full by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking, and all payments made up to that point will be non-refundable. Payment can be made via BACS transfer or, for international clients, Wise.

PAYMENT:
A booking fee of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. This fee is deducted from the final balance. Bookings are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received and cleared in the company account. Confirmation will be provided in writing via email. The remaining balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. Failure to make payment in full by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking, and all payments made up to that point will be non-refundable.

TRIAL:
Trials are booked separately and are subject to availability. Full payment is required to secure the appointment and must be received no later than 7 days prior to the trial date. Payment is accepted via BACS. All trial fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. A maximum of one reschedule is permitted. Any further changes will require a new booking and full payment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the trial appointment will result in the full trial fee being retained. Where external costs are incurred (including but not limited to studio hire, travel, congestion charges, parking, or assistant fees), these must be covered by the client and are non-refundable once booked. If a studio or external venue is required, this will be communicated in advance and the cost must be paid by the client. Studio fees are non-refundable once confirmed. Travel is charged at £0.50 per mile. Additional charges such as congestion fees and parking may apply where relevant. A £50 surcharge applies to trial bookings scheduled on Sundays. Failure or delay in making payments within the stated timeframes may result in cancellation of the trial booking, with all payments made being non-refundable. By securing a trial appointment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These policies are in place to protect the time, costs, and availability of the artist.

CANCELLATIONS:

This fee reserves the date exclusively in the artist’s diary, and as such, is non-refundable except in the following circumstance: If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the trial appointment, the booking fee is partially refundable, minus a £100 administration fee. After this 48-hour period, the booking fee is strictly non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@bridalmuses.com and are only considered valid once confirmed. Trial fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. A maximum of one reschedule is permitted for trial appointments. Any further changes will require a new booking and full payment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the trial appointment will result in the full trial fee being retained. Where external costs are incurred (including but not limited to studio hire, travel, accommodation, or assistant fees), these are non-refundable and must be covered again in the event of rescheduling. If you wish to reschedule your wedding date, an amendment fee will apply. Date changes are subject to availability and will not be accepted within 6 weeks of the wedding date, at which point the final balance is due. In the event of cancellation, any non-refundable expenses already incurred by the company (including travel or accommodation) must be reimbursed in full by the client. In the unlikely event that your stylist is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a suitable replacement will be arranged. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided. If the booking is affected by circumstances beyond the control of the company, all reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the situation; however, no additional compensation will be offered. By securing the booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, which are in place to protect the time, resources, and availability of the artist.
AMENDMENTS TO THE BOOKING:
Any changes to the booking or trial must be communicated as soon as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in client numbers, location, dates, or timings. All amendments must be submitted in writing via email and are only considered confirmed once acknowledged in writing by the company. It is the client’s responsibility to notify the company of any changes. Availability for amendments cannot be guaranteed. All wedding day services must be confirmed and finalised within 7 days of the trial appointment. After this point, services cannot be reduced, and full payment for all confirmed services will be required. If a trial has not been completed prior to the final balance due date, services cannot be reduced within 6 weeks of the wedding date. Additional services may be requested after confirmation; however, these are subject to stylist availability and timing constraints. Any approved additions will be charged accordingly. Reductions in booking numbers after confirmation are treated as a cancellation of services and are non-refundable. By securing the booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, which are in place to protect the time, resources, and availability of the artist.

​TIMINGS:
Approximate timings are as follows - bridal hair & makeup 2.5-3hrs, additional adult hair & makeup 1.5-1.45hrs, one service only 45-1hr. A trial is approx 3-4hrs after this time another trial is advised.

ALLERGIES, SENSITIVITIES:
Clients must inform the artist in advance of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the use of products or equipment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant information prior to the appointment.
Bridal Muses Limited accepts no liability for any adverse reactions, losses, or damages resulting from the client’s failure to disclose such information.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS:
Bridal Muses Limited is available for destination weddings worldwide. All destination bookings are charged at the standard UK rates, in addition to the following requirements: Flights, Accommodation, Airport transfers, Meals during travel and the duration of the booking. These costs are the responsibility of the client and must be arranged and confirmed in advance. A travel day fee is required for all destination bookings, as artists are typically required to travel the day before the wedding and dedicate the majority of the day to travel. Travel days are charged at £250–£400 per confirmed artist, depending on location and travel time. All destination wedding bookings are subject to a minimum booking requirement of: The bride plus one additional adult for both hair and makeup services

HAIR EXTENSIONS & HAIR ACCESSORIES
Hair extensions or hair accessories are not supplied from the Company as part of the hair service. If supplied by the client, the confirmed artist will apply both hair accessories or clip in hair extensions for the client or bridal party as part of their hair service. If clip in hair extension application is required, the client must inform the confirmed artist in advance of the date as increased timings may apply.

HOLLYWOOD WAVES:
Hollywood Waves is a glam vintage look which you often see on the red carpet. It generally begins around ear level, flowing down on one side in a uniform 'S shape curl'. To achieve the hair style with the best results 'remi clip in hair extensions' are required starting price £150 This acts as scaffolding for the look and helps maintain the shape throughout the day. For best results you need long hair. Please note this look takes approx. 3HRS from start to finish.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY:
The company and/or confirmed stylist reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund if it is found to have been made under false pretences, including but not limited to booking a wedding service under a non-bridal category. The client is responsible for providing a suitable working environment for the stylist. This must include: adequate space, appropriate lighting, access to electricity points, access to handwashing facilities. The client is also responsible for providing light refreshments for the stylist during the wedding or event day. For health and safety reasons, the stylist reserves the right to refuse services to any individual presenting with a contagious condition, including but not limited to infections or infestations affecting the hair or skin. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the affected service(s). However, the service(s) may be transferred to another member of the bridal party where appropriate. The stylist’s decision in such cases is final.

COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY:
Bridal Muses Limited will always endeavour to fulfil all bookings to the highest professional standard. All stylists working under Bridal Muses Limited hold valid Public Liability Insurance. Copies of insurance certificates are available upon request. No personal details will be shared without the client’s consent.

PHOTOGRAPHY/IMAGES:
Photographs may be taken of the client’s hair and makeup during the trial and/or on the wedding day for reference purposes.
Images may also be used by Bridal Muses Limited and/or the confirmed stylist for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, and professional portfolios. If the client does not consent to the use of images for marketing purposes, this must be communicated in writing prior to the trial or event date. No personal details will be shared without the client’s consent.

Smoking/Vaping while an artist is working is not permitted.
